Reckless Drivers on Highway 98

Do people not realize they need to slow down in this weather and TURN ON THE HEADLIGHTS?

I just came back from picking my granddaughter up from school and taking her home...and there were several drivers (of light colored vehicles, no less) with no headlights burning. It is raining so hard, one can hardly see the car in front of you! One even had the nerve to flash lights at me as I was making a left turn, and I guess the driver thought I was going to slow. He/she flashed the headlights twice, but then did not turn them on!

I thought Fl law says turn on headlights when it's raining...there are SOs out stopping people for speeding; wish they would ticket them for no headlights.

Talk about reckless....ya'll be careful out there!

Bdarg just picked Gypsea up at the airport and they are making their way back to SoWal, and Darg vader is on his way to a Rotary Leadership weekend in Milton- needless to say I am glued to the radar and cell phone right now.:( And tryig not to freak out.

People are driving like idiots - Hey, maybe the reason I am going slower than usual (in the right hand lane) is because it's a pucking deluge and I'm trying to keep from hydroplaning!!!

I know. My son is driving home from Hurlburt and I too am freaking out...it is scary out there.

I was so angry at that reckless driver that I would have called the license in to the Sheriff's Office except it was raining so hard I couldn't see it!:bang:

Twice someone pulled out in front of me on 98, I just prayed my tires would maintain traction! What's the deal? The roads are so slippery, and yes it's the law to have your lights on when raining. Really need to be careful!
