We know! Ha! We can get 24 bales of pine straw into a Toyota Van with a little room to spare! We've done it a couple times at our beach home.

Also Sunday at work a little girl was feeling the lamb's ear leaves and I asked her if she knew that pioneers used that for toilet paper ...
Kid's love that stuff, and they love smelling the chocolate mint herb too! It's funn to get them interested in plants.

Will was nuts about lambs ear when he was little- I'd find it stuffed in his pockets! He always wanted to touch it. I didn't know about the TP trivia though- can't wait to tell him! I don't have any at this house (lambs ear that is, I do have TP!) so thanks for the reminder to plant some for Kate! We did see some wild lambs ear while we were out walking on Sunday.
