Wanted rental or lease along 30A near beach

Looking for a place to rent along or near 30A:
-$700-$1000/month
-walk to the beach
-would consider any apartment, townhouse, house for 2 people
-only considering western half of 30A (sandestin through seaside/seagrove area)

-garage or covered parking a big plus but not required
-ability to have small/medium sized dog highly desired but not required

-responsbile owners with two incomes and a renting history
-we would be interested in staying 2+ years, starting in late May or June 2010
-need to have lease lined up in the next two weeks or we'll be renewing our current lease
-we currently live in Ft Walton Beach so we can easily meet to look at places and arrange the lease
