Semi retired woman will need new place to live on April 1. Love the 30A area. I work part time. Need a 1 or 2 bedroom condo or apartment. I'm clean, dependable and quite. Looking for nice furnished or unfurnished place reasonable. I will take good care of it. I just want it to be clean and safe.
