My wife and I are moving back to 30A in Dec./Jan. and are looking to rent an upscale home, townhome, or guest house in the 30A, Carillon Beach, or Wild Heron area. Would be looking to spend $1250-$1550 unfurnished (not including utilities) and would need to be a 2br or larger. Would be willing to sign a lease now if rent does not commence until Dec. or Jan. Have a small english bulldog. House trained and does not chew, mostly he sleeps all the time. Would be willing to pay $750 for pet deposit. Feel free to reach out if you know of something.
