Good luck selling your lot. Have you gotten any interest? I have one in WaterColor as well and I curious where the floor price is right now. Again, good luck!
 
Been offered $190,00 for my lot in Camp District - turned it down. Unless this is one of those lots near the Publix ( phase 4 ) it would seem there should be interest out there for a WC lot at that price point.
