I?m a traveling professional and my roommate works in the restaurant industry. We are both in our mid 20s. Both rooms are currently unfurnished but I plan to furnish them soon. I can work with you if you have furniture or if you want your room furnished a certain way. $700 a month includes all utilities. It?s a very nice house for the price.
