Hello,
I have a room available (starting mid-June) in my 3 bedroom 2 bath home. It is in a gated community on the West end of PCB in Laguna Beach if you know the area well. This would work for someone who works in PCB or SRB as I am close to both. The bathroom would be shared with my current roommate who is here until September. I am looking for one person who is responsible, doesn't smoke, no drugs, no pets and doesn't work from home. I am flexible with lease length. I am less than a mile from the beach. Also, under five minutes to the Carousel Market and about the same to Publix, CVS, etc. It is a new home with a laundry room with new washer/dryer. Plenty of outdoor patio space, grill, firepit, and a nice community pool. Room is furnished with a queen-sized bed. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and kind.
