If anyone is looking for a nice place to rent, I have two rooms, one furnished and one unfurnished in Old Point Washington. $650 until the other room is rented and then it can go down to $415 if we both agree we want another roommate. This is all included. Amazing house, I'm awesome and so is my dog. I am looking for peaceful house mates to share bills. Seriously, this is an awesome place to live.
