Wanted Room or studio apt

[the hat guy]

Hi there: 54 single male looking for a room or small rental. Former Santa Rosa Beach resident with lots of solid local - professional, personal and rental references looking to return. I have full time salaried employment, no substance issues, quiet and respectful. I'm looking to rent for 6 months to a year, while I look to purchase a home. I'd like to stay in the 600-850$ range, but am flexible.

If you have such a place, or know someone who does I can be contacted by text @ 225 933 4158.

Thanks!
