Is this still available? I am female late 20's and very health conscious. Dont drink, smoke or party. Very avid runner, Yoga & pilates attendee, love anything outdoors, from swimming, to YOLO boarding to anything that makes me sweat!! I have been trying to relocate to the 30a area to "eat, drink & play" on 30A! (by this I mean I love the health conscious environment there, from Raw and Juicy juice bar in Seaside, to Good Apples menu! ) I am in Birmingham, AL and just got back from a trip there looking for a place to rent.
