Beach Lover
Hello, my name is Emm. I have a 4 bedroom 3 full bath house. I recently rented out 2 rooms. The plan was to have no more than 3 people total. After a couple of months, everyone is pretty quiet, stays in their room. I sometimes feel there's no one home. I have a bedroom downstairs which serves as an office, but I can move that elsewhere and make it a nice cozy bedroom. Looking for long term 12 months plus. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, furniture, stocked kitchen, toilet paper, papertowels, household supplies (not food), access to any of the 2 living rooms with Tv, large backyard. Price is reflective of that. I won't list the exact price but it's above 1k.
