Say CheezZ Brazilian Cheese Rolls are made locally in Grayton Beach and owned and operated by Raf and Bea Slim. You can't miss the cheerful red and yellow sign above the door which invites you to come on in for a tasting. It's not a restaurant, but the impeccable 3,000 square-foot bakery is in full swing producing Brazilian cheese rolls for local restaurants, parties, events, and to take home. You can also find these cheese rolls when you're shopping at For The Health of It in Blue Mountain Beach...
The Say CheezZ team has been busy this year taking the rolls on the road all over the Southeast to introduce their product to gluten free expos, health food stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.
