County responds to 30A homeowner: Code violation of 'Trump Won' banners not 'content-related'

Walton County has filed a response to Seagrove Beach homeowner Marvin Peavy's challenge of a county citation for a pro-Trump banner at his residence.

Supposedly this guy is an attorney himself, although I suspect he's just a member of the lucky sperm club. Either way I don't think he understands rights or the constitution, and regardless of your agreement with him; if he wins he voids the scenic corridor guidelines and county sign ordinance.

Once again trash from our of town decides they're going to eff it up for all of us.

Just another loser trumper ahole making life miserable for everyone. It’s all they have to offer.
Fight it to the end or codes and ordinances will mean nothing.
The county should start dumping trash on his property.
