Season-long Umbrella beach rental for locals?

Looking for a place along 30a where locals can rent a set-up umbrella (and possibly chairs) for the entire season. Seems like I read about some type of locals' deal with a chair company last fall, but I cannot find the thread during my search. Would love to find something near 395/30a junction, but pretty much open to the entire stretch of 30a to not have to haul our stuff down whenever we want to go to the beach.

Any season-pass type rentals available or am I dreaming?
