Does anyone have any experience with this? We have one but the company we called wanted something crazy like 30% commission. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Commission usually is high price low. Just make sure you do NOT give any company any up front money. The Time Share Store may be a good place to start.

You can try www.redweek.com
There is a small fee, I thiink $25.00 to join. It's an excellant site. You can buy, sell or rent or post one to rent.My brother rented one from there earlier this year. You can check things out without paying the fee, you only pay if you want to take action.

Another thought, post it here & try to sell it yourself. You can give a quit claim deed for it. We bought one some from some friends a few weeks ago.

Or, since they are so damn difficult to find a buyer, you could give it away, to get rid of the monthly burden.

We actually have already paid the yearly dues which are pretty inexpensive. its not that serious that we sell it quickly, it was my mother-n-laws and she has recently passed and we are just trying to close out the estate. Too painful to stay the week we have it.

Thanks for the info, I had seen a few sites but nothing that made a lot of sense in the process. I will check this out.

If I hear of anyone who might be interested I'll send them your way.
If you care to post the specifics here, price, maintenence fees etc. go ahead or send me a private post.
