I wish information on renting Smith House this summer. Would the new owner or property manager please respond.

Um you might want to give more details. There may be more than one and/or the owner of management company may not be on the board. Also when houses sell they don't always retain their names.

The Smith House on DeFuniak Street in Grayton Beach. It was built from Cypress lumber that washed up on the beach after the ship hauling it burned and sank. Moved and renovated from where it was across the street from the Red Bar after Opal washed it off its foundation.
 
The Smith house is under contract.........list price 229,000.
On the market 8 days.
