South of 30A Lot to trade for condo

My family owns a 60x76 lot on Brown Street (which is off Eastern Lake Road) that we would like to trade even for a condo in the area. It's in easy walking distance to beach accesses on Eastern Lake and the gulf (about 1500 ft.). It's is at $175K. There are no mortgages, which would make a trade easy.
