(I didn't see rentals on the website but call and ask for Dawn)
We do service work for both companies; Wilson Minger's seem to be a little nicer overall.

Try the search on Realtor.com then refine your search using the advanced options on the left side of the page. I'm seeing quite a few mobile and single family homes in Westville, Panama City, Ft Walton, and north of DeFuniak listed for as low as $22,000.00, and you can offer 15-20% below that for starting offers.
