Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator
Duties Include
-Answering phones
-Contacting guest and owners in regards
to maintenance/housekeeping issues
-Schedule maintenance of properties
-Researching prices and bids
-Processing vendor bills, and service orders.
-Quality Control of properties
-Ordering materials and office supplies
-Assisting Housekeeping and Maintenance Director
Maintenance Technician
-Respond to maintenance calls
-Ability to assist Maintenance Director
-Follow maintenance schedule
-Process paperwork to coordinator
