The Perfect Pig recently opened their third location at the Publix WaterColor Crossings on Hwy 395 just north of Seagrove. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

I've been to all the Perfect Pig restaurants and you can't go wrong. The new one at WaterColor Crossings is very nice with a wonderful bar area - it just might be a good spot for a neighborhood hang out. Recently had lunch there and really enjoyed it. Tasty! A variety of items on the menu. Can't go wrong with the fries - and that's always one of the things I judge a restaurant by.

Their sauteed grouper dish for dinner is exceptional. And if you go from 5-6, its half price (this may be only M-Th during season, check with them first).

Their bacon, caramelized onion and gruyere quiche is one of the most delicious foods I have ever tasted in my entire life. I have dreams about it LOL
