What does this stuff have to do with educating children? They do not understand that buildings teach no one; qualified, enthusiastic teachers do.
 
This may be quite simply the biggest theft ever committed against taxpayers in America. Everyone involved should be jailed.
 
This story is starting to pick up steam in the media. Heard it on the radio today too.
