Usa gas

Can someone tell me what this means? I saw a place down the street with a sign at the pump that said USA GAS. Does that mean it was drilled here? Refined here? I'm at a loss.

Thanks for any help as I am just curious, that's all.

Not exactly sure, I was just told Sally checked to make sure she was getting gas from the US, not abroad.

That's a bold statement to make considering gas is what is called a fungible commodity (look it up). Unless they are getting it directly from a supplier who gets the gas directly from a refinery who gets the oil directly from a US well there's no real way to know.

That's why I asked. I have seen "Freedom Gas" and things like that, but I never saw a sign that said "USA GAS"

Anyone else have any ideas?
