And then tip well - they had to brave storms to serve you!Haven't heard of any yet - some might close tomorrow. Best to call first.
I am debating on whether or not to cancel my 10 am Tuesday hair appt.I need a haircut and color so badly that I might brave driving through a monsoon.

Hey, gull, I have driven to Buckhead for a hair appointment when it was snowing. I have also kept my appointments on two separate occasions when the salon had no water because a water main burst (common problem with the Atlanta infrastructure). They shampooed and rinsed my hair from individual (can't remember the brand) bottles poured into a large flower vase.I am debating on whether or not to cancel my 10 am Tuesday hair appt.I need a haircut and color so badly that I might brave driving through a monsoon.

No, I didn't make them do it. It was their idea. They did it for everyone.Really?
If it was absolutely necessary I'd call first to see if my stylist could actually GET to the salon ................and that's if they loved me so much they were even willing to TRY and get to the salon (and open and staff it).
Ida may be a tropical storm or depression, but it still is quite a bit stronger than the windspeed requirement to close the bridges.
Holy rude diva behavior batman! You made them wash your hair with bottled water from freaking flower vases? TWICE?!?
