I am a local and have been renting at Seascape for the past 6 months but my villa is soon going back to short term stays. I need a 2+ bedroom as I have a son and a small 8 yr old well trained dog. I am nearing the end of a contract with work and am unsure if I am going to extend for another year or move to another location so short term rental or sublet is preferred, but I am willing to look at long term. I would like to stay in the Miramar Beach or Sandestin area but also realize I am already limiting myself with short term request.
