WaterColor Inn & Resort, located along scenic highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Experience performing various preventive maintenance in a resort and vacation rental environment
Knowledge of correct maintenance of equipment
Strong technical skills a must
Ability to perform elictrical work orders
Ability to perform general plumbing repairs
Ability to execute all job duties in a safe manner and in accordance with safety procedures within the department
Skilled in painting, general repairs, light plumbing , electrical , sheet rock repair and HVAC experience. HVAC certified preferred
Ability to perform moderate physical labor
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays
Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Prior hotel/resort maintenance experience helpful
Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record.
