Ok so I figured out that the house that came from 4th to FIRST has a huge network of thousands - I saw them online - so I give them an A+ in networking!

No way we can take back the lead - they get around 10 votes an hour - but maintaining 2nd place would be super!

Oh and The Walton Sun is doing a write up this week on the house - can't wait to read it!! Maybe we can pick up a few more votes too :clap_1:

Of course I had to vote for a fellow ICFer! We have been in this house for three years+ and are still amazed at what a difference the thick walls make. We are predicted to have a week of 100 degree+ days ahead so will see how the electric bill does. And the bamboo floors still look good.

I'll have to track down that neighborhood in Austin and take a look at the model home.

That's great news on your ICF Poodleone! It is amazing how constant the temperature stays in ICF homes - only varies a few degrees. I'd love to see a photo of your bamboo floors - sounds beautiful!
