What is the new development at the east end of 30-A?

We were in Rosemary Beach in the fall of 2015 and recall a new development under construction at the very end of 30-A, past Winston Lane. It looked like it might be shopping or condos or ?? Just wondering what it is now. Hoping to return this summer and wondering if we should consider staying in Inlet Beach if there is a little more shopping or Rosemary.
