I just picked a whole mess of them, and had some for dinner last night, too. Yummy! ... and (cover your ears) I don't even like tomatoes.

Really. I went to a meeting on Monday, and someone brought tomatoes because she had too many to use herself. I mean, how could you have too many? I'd at least make a sugo finto if I had extras.

Anyhow, we were keeping our cool over expressing our desire for the tomatoes, when in reality we were planning to make our moves to get as many as possible. After the meeting I rushed home and had a 'mater/mayo/white bread sandwich. Heaven!

I brought some home from the dentist!:funn: A patient had tried to unload his on the staff- so I went home with a fat lip and about 2 pounds of homegrowns.

Seriously Kurt- I have too many green ones right now, and they are just getting warmed up. I got my plants in late, so mine will be September 'maters.
