Your Trim Notice Is In The Mail

Annually the Property Apprasier's office is required to send every property owner a "Trim Notice" (Truth in Millage). The notice of proposed taxes was mailed today and should start arriving in your mail boxes tomorrow.

The format for the Trim Notice has changed once again this year and the Walton County Taxpayers Association has prepared a "Guide To You 2011 Trim Notice" that might help you understand the information provided.
