Grandfather turned 99 today!

You are so fortunate to have your grandfather with you still. And to still be sharp as a tack and have a sense of humor!

I wish my grandfather was still around. He was a great guy, too.

Yes, my mother's side of the family has the gift of youthful appearance.
My grandpa brother is in his late 80'sand still has a full head of thick hair and doesn't look a day over 60. He loves the Jamaica Hat too. He is quite the charachter. He would post if he had a puter and could see it he said.
We know we are lucky to have him.

He wanted me to tell ya'll that the bonfire pics were grayt and he loves SoWal. He said it brought back fond memories out at the beach at night with his friends. He was an avid boater and belonged to a beach club till he was about 75. He thought getting dressed up was "da bomb."
