I am looking for a reasonably priced vacation rental for June 30th through July 7th. Need a pool and short walking distance to the beach. Need area to be KID friendly. I want something that allows my kids to have fun at the pool without disturbing other guest. Please reply asap. I waited too long to look last year and was stuck in a rental that didn't accomadate our needs.

How many bedrooms do you need?

What is your definition of reasonably priced? You will find a wide range of rental rates on 30-A based on what you need.

RBP is right, we need more specifics, but I'll throw mine out there.

Our house in Seacrest is still open for that week, although we've had a few serious inquiries. It has beautiful unobstructed Gulf views and is 3BR/3BA with tower room and sleeps 10. Seacrest is on the east end of 30-A next to Rosemary and has the 12,000 square foot community pool, which is hugely popular with the kids. My three kids are 7 and under and they love the pool, the beach and the cool musical fountain that opened nearby last year at the Villages of South Walton.

Our rate for that week is $2400, Saturday to Saturday. We border the north side of 30-A -- but it's an easy 4-5 minute walk to the beach, or you can just take the free shuttle service run by our development.

Seacrest as a whole is very kid friendly -- there is plenty of green space and running room in the pool area. But there are so many kid friendly places in SoWal! I guess the X factor is your budget -- and knowing exactly how close you want to be to the beach.

Sorry I'd love to rent to your family but we don't have a pool. You probably would never miss it with the awesomely breathtaking beach just 200 steps away though.:chill: How old are your kiddos? Cuz my little nieces love the water fountains to play in just down the way a bit :razz: -when we're not at the beach that is. I have a pool unit at High Pointe. I am checking availability.
 
We have two 3-bedroom 1100 square foot cottages at the Cottages at Camp Creek next door to each other (the east side of 30A a little over a mile west from Rosemary Beach -- nice location). The Cottages at Camp Creek community is family friendly, as are the cottages. Big pool, 5 minute walk to the beach, and reasonably priced. We have a 4 bedroom house within walking distance to the beach. We also have a golf cart to use to get to the beach and pool within the community. Cost is $2200 which includes all cleaning fees and taxes.
