We've had quite a few calls on this listing today. No official offers yet. Surprisingly all you SoWal folks have been pretty quiet --- we would love more feedback on the price. It should be interesting to watch what happens with this property since we are pretty certain this is one of the lowest priced 1/2 acre lots you will find on the south side of 98.

Well, as I've posted before - I live in 'The Pines' and I love it.

It is so quiet here, and a 1/2 acre lot is plenty big to spread out. The roads are in bad shape but the county has agreed to take them over and will be re-paving them sometime this year.

(Here's where I sound like I work for the Chamber of Comerce or a Real Estate Office) Honestly, one of the best decisions I ever made was to buy my lot here. Wild horses......or since we are next to the State Forest, wild deer couldn't get me to move.

(And no, I don't work for the Chamber of Comerce or a Real Estate Office.)

It's refreshing to hear from people who truly do love where they live. We agree that these lots are very attractive because of the size, privacy, natural surroundings and proximity to the beach. What more could you want? And the price ... it can't be beat. We weren't sure if there had been a decision on the road paving yet but it sounds like it is official now.
