It is an easy bike ride to Seaside.

It is a new house built to stringent hurricane codes.

The house is 2300 sq. ft. for $695,000.
That works out to $302 sq. ft with lot.

The correct address is 31 Cassine Garden Circle.

It is on one of the prime "Garden lots" that has frontage onto a natural area.

The interior is upscale and there is a garage.

I agree, 336 Cassine Garden Circle (listed by Kelly Hamilton) is one of the best bargains on 30A. Both these houses should be on the "must see list" for anyone shopping for a deal on a 30A property close to the beach .

This is a nice buy and probably due to age and upgrades the Best buy in Cassine...IMO
