:nono1: Here is a town that will suprise many of you in south Walton. Your 26 mintues to PCB and 25 mintues to Santa Rosa. Your right down the road from the Bay and your still close enough to the New Pier Park being bult in pcb. Your 17 mintues away from new airport and 3 miles away from the River for great fishing. Your close to some of the nicest springs in the state of FL and the property out there is breath taking over looking those steep head you can see for miles. The comunity has 3 churches and everyone takes turns and go to all 3 churches, alternate ing every week. Unusual yes but be aware it reminds me of mayberry rfd. At any rate this area is to be watched because people who get tired of living on the beach can get a break just 25 minutes away. Dont tell you and others dont get tired of it after awhile, I live on Grand lagoon not 20 ft. from the water and there are days I leave my shutters down. Its just nice to get away and not have to drive forever. any comments

Yes, Red Bay has those things, but prices in RedBay are similar to and higher than prices in Freeport, which is much closer to the beach.

yall ant nice r u ? No just making a comment about the place. My property out there I plan to hold on to for right now. I have 40 acres with a spring on it and a beautiful bluff that I'm going to build a home on in the near future. The place I want to sell is on the beach not my property in Red bay.:nono1:

by the way, I like the way you did that shelly that was nice. 2bfabian always:clap_1:

Sounds like a good plan.

About the 4 million dollar house, I was just teasing, but most of the listed homes in RedBay are mobil homes and exceed $150K. Those mobile homes, like the $4 million home, include acerage. I think the $4 home sits on about 80 acres. Still, as I stated in my first post, land prices in Red Bay are for the most part, higher than in Freeport. I grew up in the country and enjoy that style of living, but I also enjoy living in SoWal, where it is only a quick trip to the beach.

Oh...I would expect you would have saved your adjectives to advertise the place you're looking to sell instead of using them to entice folks to a place you treasure because it's small, intimate, unknown and Mayberry RFD-ish.
