Me: clean, responsible, laid back thirty-something professional with 2 cats and a nice 2br/ 2 ba condo on 30-A in Seagrove beach.

You: clean, responsible, pet-lovin person lookin' for a friendly place to land.

$450/mo + 1/2 elec. Cable, water, garbage pick-up included. Condo has new W/D, dishwasher, etc. You can walk/bike to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store.

Not with me cuz it would freak out the kitties, but there is a place next door for rent. you can pm or email for details. it's owned by my landlady and she's awesome!
