That is a good price! $120 sf! The phones will start ringin', the agents will start showing and the low ball offers will come rollin' in... I got offered $180,000 for mine in the circle...

I moved to the Tuscany Subd two years and eight months ago and remember when those sellers would not even think about selling for less than $315sf and did not think we would see houses down to the low $100's per sf

The price has just been dropped to $279,000! This is a steal people. This house appraised at $430,000 a little over a year ago. Where else can you find a nice house at $112 a foot??
