Hwy 98 West to 331. Take 331. Across from the "cop shop" on 331 is one entrance to enter county buildings, take the 2nd one, go over the bridge and you will see the library in front of you.

Thanks, I couldn't find a sign that said Government Center on 331. I saw the Sherrif's office, the Chamber of Commerce and the So Wal Courthouse Annex, just wasn't sure.
