Ralphies Boys revisited

New posts

spoiler

Beach Crab
I heard about the comments regarding "Ralphies Boys" and I had to see for myself. Frankly, I find it quite amusing. Having been a long time resident of South Walton, I quietly sit back and watch things unfold in our government, and at times get amused at it as well. I normally do not get involved in these things but I would like to make a few comments. No need to reply, as you will not see me here again, nor is this an advertisement of support for any party or candidate.

As I read the line of posts about the Sheriffs Candidates, it was evident where the anaoymous author, Wyliecoyote, position is, and for whom he is gaining support. It would only leave a reasonable and prudent mind to think that the philosophy about a "conspiracy theory" is nothing more than a political tactic. I know first hand that Sheriff Johnson has not solicited, promised, or otherwised offered anything to any candidate in return for entering the election. What Mr. (or Ms.) Coyote does not realize is these tactics are old school good ole boy politics and may have worked many many years ago. People do not buy this anymore. This is apparent in your threads as it seems only a couple of other people are running on the same beliefs as you. It also seesm apparent that these words you write are done so out of fear that your candidate may not get elected. I hope you are successful in convincing each other who to vote for. And remeber what I wrote about good ole boy politics, they may not be as good as you think. That circle has the ability to come all the way around.

Unfortunatley, I have not spoken in person to any of the candidates about their goals for the Office but I will in due time. Do I know them? Yes I have actually met ALL of them and know enough about them to formulate my own opinion of WHO they are. I will meet them and find out WHAT they are going to do.

Conspiracy? Nope, I dont buy it. What I do buy is a pool of candidates that have once worked for Sheriff Johnson who are determined to make a change. Who better to make that change than someone that knows where it is broken? I will leave all avenues open, and listen to what each deputy or former deputy has to say. I will make my own determination based on facts. I feel sure the rest of the community will do so as well.

Good Luck!
The Spoiler

Please spell my name correctly. It's the name at the top of all of my posts.

It is WileCoyote.

One time post.

Thank you whichever candidate you are !

Sorry not a candidate, but I have ran a few campaigns in my time. Just trying to help you out. I believe the current administration needs changing as well. You guys are missing the big picture. I am just an outsider but the way I see it I agree there are some candidates that should not be on the ballot, however I commend them for exercising their rights. All of the candidates are very respectable people. To reduce some of the candidates, try focusing your efforts on those you want out in a bit more positive way. You know the old saying, stick a mad dog in a corner he will fight his way out.

Sorry to confuse your spelling with the actual Canis Latrans, female coyote, it was unintentional, but amusing.

He's Back !!!

From Wikipedia:

The coyote (IPA: /kaɪˈoʊti, ˈkaɪoʊt/[2]) (Canis latrans), also known as the prairie wolf [3], is a mammal of the order Carnivora. The species is found throughout North and Central America, ranging from Panama in the south, north through Mexico, the United States, and Canada. It occurs as far north as Alaska and all but the northernmost portions of Canada.[4] There are currently 19 recognized subspecies, with 16 in Canada, Mexico and the United States, and 3 in Central America.[5]

Nothing about female

My sincere apologies Mr Coyote, you are correct in your research, but you have assigned yourself the correct name.
Canis latrans as you have opted to be know as...is latin for "barking dog"

Spoiled: (oops spoiler)

Read down a little farther:

Character in mythology
Main article: Coyote (mythology)

Many myths from Native American peoples include a character whose name is translated into English as "Coyote". He can play the role of trickster or culture hero (or both), and also often appears in creation myths and etiological myths.

I researched alot of screen names and avatars before choosing who best represented my personality. My astrological sign is "Gemini" -the twins. That will also give you insight into my persona.

Yes that is true.

The other is one of your "cultural heros".

Everyone seems to admire (him/her) and has in their "circle of friends".
