The trip to puppy prison is surely preferable to being a road pizza or serious injury. Not to mention roaming dogs are not welcome at everyone's house- this dog was very disruptive to my fenced dogs.:angry:

Hopefully when the owner bails this dog out of jail, he/she will get those nuts off that dog!! It will not only help the roaming, but will prolong his life.

Dogs, male or female act on instinct when the doggiemones kick in. If they are neutured they don't have such a strong instinct to get it on. Male dogs are literally being led by their nads. Having your pet fixed will not only help curb the puppy population it will tame your pet enough to calm down and not have the urge to run.
