I went and toured this condo late last year. It is very nice and sits up very high. If I remember right, it was pretty close to the boardwalk out the back door. If I could EVER sell my home in Highlands, I would love to own this condo.

That makes complete sense. I first read this and figured it would sell. Gulf front, Sunset Beach, great area between Alys and Rosemary. 99% of the places I see listed are totally out of whack with the current market. This was one of the few that didn't feel that way. I wish more owners would figure this out, this whole thing would be over a lot sooner. Congrats on the pending sale.

Congrats! We passed by this condo over the weekend and I asked hubby if he happened to be hiding an extra $799K somewhere. No such luck. Someone will enjoy this one for sure though.
