Gas prices at the Seagrove Thumb

One of the things I've respected about Tom Thumb is that all the stations from PC to FWB, even up to Freeport, have typically charged the same for gas. Not so today.

Regular at Seagrove is 3.95 today. The PCB station (just east of Carillon) was 3.91 yesterday, and the Sandestion station (just west of Baytowne, etc.) was 3.89 today.

Disappointed...

It's been 3.95 for a while at Viscaya Thumb- hopefully the cheaper stations just got a delivery and that is why they are less.

The Sandestin Thumb is often cheaper. Not worth driving up there, though, but good to know if you are going that way anyway. Here's a web site where you can check it out in advance.

Yeah, and it's usually 10 cents or more cheaper in Navarre. I always top up on the way home on my trips to Pensacola.

If you know the Navarre zip code, you can use that site to find the best price. I used to do that trip, and it would annoy me no end if I had to get gas on the way up and after I filled the tank, I would see a cheaper price a little further down the road.

My Dad lives in Navarre and the Wal-Mart in Gulf Breeze always has the lowest prices anywhere according to him

Oil & Gas prices shot through the roof today....a "talking head" on CNBC stated that we might see gas prices increase by 10-to-15 cents a gallon--THIS WEEKEND? :shock:

Let's hope that Slim Jims and YooHoo hold the line through the summer.

Yesterday morning I paid $3.75 a gallon at my usual pit stop. I drove by on the way home later last night and it was down to $3.74 a gallon. I can't imagine now what it will be today when I go by.
