wow! who knew? below is a recipe for great chickpea cutlets, sort of like country fried steak, but not! i love these. i make with a caramalized onion brown (vegan) gravy & serve with brown rice & a veggie. delicious! check it out....

Recipe sounds good. Kinda reminds me of an eggplant fritter that I make.
