Only in "The" Presidential Debate do we have the Press doing news reviews on who is telling the truth. This morning, I even heard one clip of McCain on NPR from last night's debate, when he said one thing, then the NPR guy slightly changed McCain's words when asking for an expert's "truth" on the matter. I still don't know if McCain gave correct info on that one, but I do know that the NPR guy and the "expert" both got the question of truth wrong, because apparently they didn't listen to their own clip.

I have not heard that one. We used to listen to NPR all the time. THere are some good shows on there and you can learn alot. Some of the commentators do have a hum drum monotone voice, I guess they are supposed to be soothing to the ear.

Reading a great book: "The 100 Simple Secrets of Happy People" Today's lesson was: Unhappy people take a situation in which they are not sure and come to a negative conclusion. For example, if they aren't certain why another person is being nice, they assume that the person must have a hidden selfish agenda. Happy people take that same situation and guess the positive possiblity, that is, that the person really is nice.
