Bike Path for Mack Bayou - whooo hooo!

Yes, that is a bike path they are putting along the side of Mack Bayou Road. It looks like it goes up to the first 90 degree turn on Mack Bayou Rd. We've been waiting for this for years. It will hopefully get done before our youngest is old enough to drive. When it's complete, we'll actually be able to let him ride his bike to Grand Blvd (hopefully for a job)! I was noticing they don't have one going up, what is it, 393 around Gulf Place there connecting 30-a to 98. I was looking at some real estate there and thinking they should have one running down to the beach along that road.

Yes there is, it runs along the western edge of the road.
