Yes, this unit is on the 21st (top floor) of One Seagrove Place. It has been recently been remodeled with new carpet and tile, granite countertops and new appliances. Here are a few interior photos I took this morning. Monthly rentals from January to mid-march are $1400 a month plus taxes and cleaning.
