LTR 3 bed needed

Hi,

I'm currently looking for a 3 bedroom house, townhouse, etc (not a MH though) in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Basically since hubby needs to drive to the east end of PCB and I need to go up to Defuniak, we're trying to find something in between. We're considering anything from Aly's Beach to Destin. We are looking up to about $1000, maybe up to $1100. Can go a little higher than that if there are some utilities included. We've been searching online and in the papers but just really haven't seen anything that would work for us. Needs to accept pets, too. Been having a hard time finding long term rentals and not vacation rentals.

When do you need it? Have 3 BR condo available on Aug. 1. $1,200 rent would include water, sewer, cable TV. Electricity only runs about $100/mo. Condo is in Seagrove Beach, about half way between PCB and DeFuniak. Also, what kind of pet?
