Another Local Lawsuit

It appears that amongst other issues dealing with budget cuts and laying off employees that the Walton County School Board faces yet another obstacle. A current employee, the daughter in law of School Board member Darrell Barnhill, has filed a law suit against the Walton County School District for attempting to terminate her employment. Big questions arise from the law suit being as how she has not been to work in over a year and questionable materials have been discovered on her work computer. Lets see how this matter is handled and whether or not the tax payers have to shell out yet for another Walton County blunder.

Great, just what we need. Maybe she can buddy up with Ray Burgess in DeFuniak. Next thing you know, he'll be suing the city for his criminal activity that got him removed from office last go around. I guess he'd have to sue the Governor too, as that's who removed him...

From what I can find out the employee has asked for an administrative hearing, and that's not a lawsuit. If there is a lawsuit, please post the case number here so we can read the public record.

The admin hearing at a special SB meeting is all I have seen as well.
