Beach club at Village of Blue Mountain

Is anyone else a member of the Beach Club in the Village at Blue Mountain Beach? The place looks like it could use some TLC. We are new to the area and we were wondering if anyone knows if the pool area is maintained? The lights in the bathrooms are out and there are a few abandoned gold carts outside the pool.

i can tell you that the developers have had a number of the units they own foreclosed. clearly, they are out of funds or not using the homeowner's dues for maintenance. the place is an eyesore on 30'a. they used a maintenance man to make their pathetic signage - used sticky letters that have now basically all peeled off, built ugly wood planters that will rot with time and the white shutterlike partition on the left side of the pool is falling apart. i don't live there but live close enough to be offended by the lack of maintenance, including the broken sidewalks. i don't understand why the owners don't go after the developers. anyone trying to sell units/houses there will have a difficult time.
