I want to sign up a long term renter - annual lease. Rate is negotiable. Reliability is the most important trait. The house is currently listed on VRBO.com. Hey there. I am very interested in your long term lease. I own a house in a city within driving distance, and am looking to rent a place here on 30-A . Reliability / trustworthiness/and great care is what you could depend on from me should I lease your place. I am here in town until Monday around noon.
May I come see the house before I leave? Ideally I would start a lease July 1, but have some flexibility if you already have short termers in for 4th of July. I hope NOT!
